Ingredients
300g self raising flour
1tsp Baking powder
185g sugar
2tbsp poppy seed
120g vegan butter
230ml oat milk
2 lemon zest
Method
Melt Vegan butter and add to oat milk in a bowl
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
Even spoon mixture into muffin cases
Bake at 150 for 25 mins
While muffins are baking
2 lemons
200g icing sugar
Method
Mix together lemon juice and icing sugar
When muffins are removed from oven spoon icing on top and leave to cool
