Brownie



Ingredients


370g butter

370g dark chocolate

170g plain flour

80g coco powder

6 large eggs

550g caster sugar

200g chocolate chips


Method


1. Melt Butter and sugar together over boiling water

2. Crack eggs into a bowl then add the caster sugar

3. Whisk until thick and creamy

4. Pour chocolate and butter mix into bowl with eggs and sugar

5. Mix these together

6. Sieve flour and coco powder into mix and fold together

7. Finally add the chocolate chips and mix

8. Line a tray with grease proof paper and pour brownie mix in

9. Bake in over for 25 mins at 160C
