Method
First prepare your chicken wings
Coat the wings in the baking powder and salt
Pat off extra powder
Place on baking tray so not overlapping
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 230°C
Turn wings over half way through cooking time
Buffalo sauce
Unsalted butter
Franks hot sauce
Honey
Melt butter mix with hot sauce and honey
Ready to dress wings with
Blue cheese sauce
100 g gorgonzola
150 ml sour cream
50 g mayonnaise
1 lemon; juiced
Put all ingredients in food processor and blitz until smooth
